What was your insurance industry highlight of 2025?

Launching Matrix360 and seeing it genuinely transform how insurers work. The biggest highlight was hearing teams tell us it helped them benchmark products, surface insight in hours rather than days and collaborate more effectively across product and compliance.

That feedback validated exactly what we set out to achieve, using high-quality, structured data to make daily decision-making faster, clearer and more confident. Watching Matrix360 move from concept to something that materially improves how the industry builds smarter products has been incredibly rewarding.

What is your Christmas message for your insurance colleagues?

Artificial intelligence (AI) is coming, but not quite as fast or as magically as some might claim. In 2026 we’ll all become far more fluent in using agents to augment daily work, occasionally frustrating us but ultimately boosting the effectiveness of people who already know what ‘good’ looks like.

It won’t replace expertise but it will amplify it. Beyond 2026, AI will reshape our industry in ways we haven’t yet imagined. For now, enjoy a well-earned break and keep focusing on the fundamentals that matter. Happy Christmas!

What do you hope to find under the industry’s Christmas tree for 2026?

A simple, trusted tool that helps consumers easily identify the right insurance product for their needs, balancing quality, price and service without the complexity that so often gets in the way. We have an opportunity as an industry to make product understanding clearer, comparisons fairer and choices more transparent. If 2026 is the year we collectively crack that, everyone wins. And let’s just say, watch this space.

[ADVENT-REVEAL-END]
