Four firms are competing to win the Excellence in Technology – Data Focused Service Provider award at this year’s Insurance Times Awards
Ahead of 2024’s Insurance Times Awards, scheduled to be held on 4 December at Grovesnor House, London, Insurance Times can reveal that four firms have been shortlisted for the Excellence in Technology – Data Focused Service Provider category.
This category seeks to recognise initiatives and solutions that improve internal and external operational and administrative insurance processes and was open to service providers operating in the UK general insurance market.
From the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning to tapping up the Internet of Things, judges selected these shortlisted firms for tangible evidence that data focused technology had improved client operational efficiencies, customer services and business administration.
