1. Why did you put yourselves forward for the personal lines insurer of the year category?
We entered the Insurance Times awards to highlight our commitment to excellence in personal lines insurance. Our strategic initiatives, such as rebranding and developing new partnerships, have boosted our market presence.

We aim to highlight our innovative propositions, customer-focused approach and significant contributions to the community, including supporting grassroots rugby.
From impactful community initiatives to launching an award-winning insurance product, we’ve shown how innovation and responsibility can go hand in hand.
It’s been a year of standing by our customers, strengthening partnerships and delivering propositions that make a real difference. Winning this award would be a wonderful way to celebrate that diversity of accomplishments and the dedication behind them.
2. What do you think makes your entry stand out and why should you win the award?
Our entry highlights not just our success, but our commitment to our purpose: “We Secure Your Future.” This goes beyond insuring risks – it’s about delivering partnerships built around propositions that truly matter to customers and creating meaningful impact in communities.
An example of where we have made a difference is through the design of Trusted Other – tailored cover for our partnership with Age Co.
This innovative proposition empowers older drivers to select a designated other to take the journey on their behalf when they may be feeling unwell, uncomfortable and unable to make the journey.
Our investments in training and technology mean our people can focus on delivering service that is personal and responsive. Whether it’s streamlining claims, enhancing our digital platforms for quicker access or creating more collaborative partnerships with brokers and businesses, we’re determined to keep raising our standards.
3. What would winning this award mean to you and your firm?
Winning this award would be an incredible recognition of the dedication and enthusiasm our people have shown throughout the year. It would celebrate the countless hours of hard work, collaboration and innovation that have driven our success and strengthened relationships with customers and partners.
This achievement would not only honour the commitment of our teams but also give every colleague a sense of pride and energy.
