Investment venture firm Sodalis Capital has launched a new wholesale broker.

Called Brecon Specialty, the firm is based in London and will focus on cyber and technology E&O on a global basis, providing broking and risk advisory services to other international independent brokers, as well as direct clients.
In total, 14 individuals will start immediately within Brecon Specialty. Led by David Rees, the team has over 100 years of combined experience in the market.
They bring with them broking service and experience, as well as London market relationships.
Rees said: “Brecon was established to offer a focused independent broker in the London market.
“Our broker partners and clients will benefit from best-in-class service and access to considerable capacity, delivered by a team of cyber specialists that are at the top of their game.”
Infrastructure support
Brecon Specialty has the full infrastructure support of Sodalis Capital and specialist insurance intermediary outsource company Pro Insurance Solutions.

The broker will use Pro Insurance’s platform and trade through Lloyd’s of London.
