The opening of the NHS's new insurance office in Croydon will create at least 25 claims jobs.
Insurance Personnel Selection (IPS) is handling the recruitment for the office.
IPS director Nicholas Burrell said he was looking for an overall claims manager, four claims section managers and a number of technical claims staff.
The new staff will need experience in handling complex injury claims arising from employers' and professional liability policies and motor policies.
They will also need professional negligence claims experience to handle claims against the NHS.
Burrell said the new office would open as soon as staff could be found to fill it.
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
