Fidelis appoints new chief human resources officer

Fidelis Insurance Group has appointed Anneeka Patel as chief human resources officer.

Joining the executive management team, Patel will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing HR for the insurer across its Bermuda, UK and Ireland teams.

“I look forward to leading the HR department, contributing to the company’s growth and success and supporting the development of its greatest asset – its people.”

Experience

She has over a decade of experience in HR across financial services and joins from Deutsche Numis, where she held the position of acting head of HR.

Patel has also held several senior HR roles at other companies, including Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management, Pimco and Russell Investments.

In her new role, she will be reporting directly to group chief operating officer Jason Kittinger and be based in London.
