From 30 April NIG's two London offices, one covering the City and the other the London region, will merge into a single business headed up by city manager, Julian Rhodes.
NIG says the development is part of a focus on growth in 2007 and will bring improved service standards.
Commenting on the merge Julian Rhodes, city manager, said: “Combining the resources of both offices will provide NIG with greater flexibility and capability to maximise business development opportunities, work more effectively as one team, share expertise and further our growth potential within the London broker market.
London regional manager, Tony Venus will move to a new position in head office to take up a strategic role as customer delivery manager.
