Property broker extends opening times
Keelan Westall has extended its opening hours between the Easter and May Day bank holiday weekends.
The commercial and residential property insurance broker has given staff incentives to work an extra nine hours across the three days between the two bank holiday weekends, meaning that its office will be open from 8.00am to 7.00pm today.
Keelan Westall head of business Wayne Tonge said: “We are keen to help alleviate some of the pressure on brokers caused by the shorter working week and the fact April only has 18 working days. This is especially relevant where policy renewals are due – the renewal date doesn’t change for the broker.
“Being available out of normal office hours to provide quotes, handle claims enquiries and issue documentation has already proved invaluable for some of our brokers.”
