Company inks three year agreement to provide IT systems to broker

Open GI has signed a three and a half year deal with leading non-standard motor insurance broker, A&A Group, to provide IT systems to its UK-based staff.

The contract brings the number of staff at the company using the Open GI system up to 185.

Open GI will begin work on bespoke integration between A&A Group’s existing telephone network and the Open GI core system.

Steve Barnard, operations director, A&A Group said: " Our decision to commit to the Open GI platform was based on a number of factors. It is cost effective, integrates with other IT applications and presents us with a proposition which caters for all our needs.”

Simon Hughes, sales & marketing director, Open GI, said: “We are pleased that such an influential broker has made a long term commitment to Open GI. A&A Group and Open GI share the same view that IT investment is crucial to delivering a quality service to the customer.

“As they look to expand it is important that we can continue to offer them products that support their ambition.”
