Specialist professional indemnity Lloyd's broker, Paragon International, has announced details of its expansion into the non-marine market.
Paragon International has appointed Julian Hall to lead the unit as new executive vice president. He will specialise in worldwide direct and reinsurance business.
Previously Hall was a Lloyd's broker for 18 years, with The Fenchurch Group.
