Chaucer has announced that Pembroke Managing Agency Limited has received authorisation from Lloyd's and the FSA to manage Syndicate 4000 from 1 March 2007.
Chaucer, which has a majority interest in Pembroke, previously managed Syndicate 4000 through its managing agency, Chaucer Syndicates Limited.
