State’s largest insurer will have 75% floated in Warsaw

Poland is to sell off about 75% of its leading insurer, PZU, on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the FT reports.

“One of the key criteria for selecting the companies [where the government intends to retail control] is European or global potential,” said Adam Jasser, member of a panel of economic advisers to the Prime Minister.
