Primary Broker Services (PBS) is to set up a dedicated underwriting room at the BIBA conference centre to offer brokers opportunities to meet with specialist underwriters.
Primary Broker Services managing director Jonathan Davey said: "We have found that our customers, prior to joining Primary Broker Services, have been frustrated by the lack of personal service and the availability of professional and experienced underwriters.
"The fact that we provide face-to-face contact with underwriters who are prepared to make decisions really appeals. As a result several significant brokers who are attending BIBA have already arranged appointments to come and discuss specific risks that need consideration."
The PBS team will be available at stand 52, to discuss the requirements of BIBA brokers and providing them with a CD detailing the company's products.
