Royal & SunAlliance (R&SA) has sold its 40% stake in Federal Phoenix Assurance Company in the Philippines.
The shares will be repurchased by Federal Phoenix, said R&SA.
The deal is part of R&SA's continuing restructuring of its international portfolio of business.
Federal Phoenix has net assets of approximately £7m.
