Devitt Insurance Services is taking on an additional 100 staff when it moves to Romford, Essex, in June.
The personal lines broker provides motor, home and travel insurance and is part of the Swiss Winterthur group, which also owns direct writer Churchill.
The firm, which currently employs 125 staff at Stratford, east London, says dramatic business growth means it is having to relocate to bigger offices in Romford, Essex.
Martin Pretlove, Devitt chief executive (pictured right), said: "We have been in the same offices for almost 35 years and these are bursting at the seams."
