The Retail Motor Industry Federation (RMI) has produced two further guides for body repairers using the Audatex estimating system.
The guides aim to ensure bodyshops follow the correct processes when using the system, to achieve an accurate time for the particular job.
Bodyshop services director Bob Hood explained: "The RMI has been overwhelmed by the positive feedback from RMI bodyshop members, and indeed non-members, in response to our first short guide concerning removal and refitting MET operations required to carry out panel replacement."
