Fitch Ratings today upgraded Royal & SunAlliance's (R&SA) rating outlook to stable from negative.
It has also confirmed the insurer's financial strength rating of ‘BBB' and long-term financial strength rating as ‘BB+'.
Royal & SunAlliance Insurance Group (RSAIG) has been assigned a long term ‘BB-' rating.
Its £450m 8.5% perpetual subordinated debt has been assigned a rating of ‘BB'. The outlook is stable.
