Royal & SunAlliance has renewed its contract to insure the Motability fleet and will maintain it position as sole provider of motor insurance for Motability fleet customers.
Under the six-year contract R&SA services the insurance needs of more than 380,000 motability customers across the UK.
Alongside underwriting the scheme, R&SA provides customer and claims management services. The account is handled from R&SA's dedicated Motability operation in Liverpool.
Commenting on the contract, R&SA UK chief executive Duncan Boyle said: “The renewal of our contract with Motability is firm evidence of our strong and successful working partnership with them.
“We have been working together effectively since 1995 to ensure that as many people and families as possible have access to the freedom that a vehicle provides.”
