RSA has acquired Nottinghamshire-based insurance broker Noble Marine, it has emerged.

Last month, RSA bought all shares in both Noble Marine Insurance Brokers and sister company Noble Marine Underwriting Agency.

Noble Marine provides boat insurance for pleasure craft in the UK, and is based in Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire.

The company was formed in 1971 by Richard Langford and Tony Noble.

Jonathan Langford has become managing director of the business.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
