Insurance services provider, The Rubicon Corporation, has announced the acquisition of Misys Claims Management Limited from Misys.
The deal will see the business renamed Rubicon Claims with immediate effect.
The transition period will be overseen by operations director, Gordon Smith.
Bradley Brandon-Cross, Rubicon joint chief executive said: "I am delighted that we have been able to acquire such a first rate, complementary platform that will substantially enhance our existing motor claims operations.
"Rubicon now encompasses high quality first notification of loss, technical claims handling, recoveries and inspection services, and so provides our clients with a benchmark end-to-end claims solution."
