Navigators & General has launched a new travel insurance product for yacht and motorboat policyholders.
The scheme is underwritten by Home & Overseas, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zurich, and provides annual cover for boat owners and their guests on board any trip of up to 30 days to the continent or offshore islands of the UK, whether cruising or racing.
The cover offers emergency medical expenses including repatriation, accommodation and return travel as a result of theft or damage to the vessel, personal accident cover, personal property and baggage, and personal public liability.
