Seventeen Group acquires two Scottish brokers

Seventeen Group has acquired Scottish brokers Complete Insurance Solutions and Total Insurance Services, bringing its total number of acquisitions this week to three.

The businesses were purchased for an undisclosed sum, and will now be integrated into James Hallam.

All staff will remain with both businesses.

Paul Anscombe, chief executive officer of Seventeen Group commented: “We are really pleased to be strengthening our team in Dumfries which is headed up by John Dougherty. The teams will be a great addition to the Seventeen Group.”

Earlier this week, Seventeen Group revealed it had acquired Sussex high net worth and commercial broker Rupert Burgoyne.
