Southern Pacific Mortgage Ltd(SPML) has renewed its contract with London & European (L&E) for the supply of title insurance it was announced today.
SPML said its title insurance product literature and claims guidelines have been simplified with the intention of making it more user friendly.
The cost of title insurance has also been frozen for the next 18 months, it said
