Insurer NIG has received FSA regulatory approval to become part of the Winterthur Swiss Insurance Group.
A new holding company has been formed – Churchill Insurance Group – which will own both NIG and Churchill Insurance (along with its subsidiaries).
NIG said it will keep the same brand, management autonomy, and broker focus that it had before it was acquired by Winterthur.
