BBC sports presenter John Inverdale and Mencap are challenging companies to help raise £40,000.
The learning disability charity is asking firms confident of their staff's team-working skills to send groups of between eight and 12 people to canoe, cycle, run and hike over three days. Companies will need to sponsor their employees a minimum of £350 to take part.
John Inverdale said: “I've played, watched and commentated on sports all my life and know how important it is to work as a team. This is challenging event will stretch everyone who takes part.”
