Callstream entered their Callstream Vault for PCI-DSS, which increases customer security by suppressing the tones when a caller presses a credit card number into the phone stopping them being recorded by call centre agents. The card details are then forwarded directly to the payment gateway, so they are not stored by the call centre.

This is a company that has a track record of success on working with brokers to improve their telesales and phone-based customer service. Judges were also impressed with a clear presentation and well-prepared entry briefing.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
