The insurance and financial services group Thomas, Carroll Group is to merge with Cardiff insurance brokers Cowdery & Morris Limited.
Managing director John Moore said: "We are delighted to take on such a high quality book of clients which further strengthens our leading Welsh position."
Cowdery & Morris' managing director Peter Morris said he was looking forward to working with Thomas, Carroll Group as the two companies "share the same standards and commitment to personal service".
