Management: Chief executive Martin Oliver announced healthy results in May, with turnover up 4% to £53.5m last year and EBITDA up 18% to £15.2m compared with 2009.

Strategy: Organic growth and acquisitions, including Rentshield in October 2010, have brought Barbon about 30% of the letting agents referencing market.
