Carole Jones will join next month
Towergate’s group HR director Lucinda Charles-Jones is to leave the broker after three years, Insurance Times has learned.
She will be replaced by Carole Jones who was Aviva’s acting group HR director until April 2013.
Jones will join on 1 July and the two will work together on a handover until the end of the month.
A staff email sent by group chief executive Mark Hodges thanked Charles-Jones for her contribution to the business.
“She has established and led the group HR function and strategy and has been a key member of the executive committee,” he said.
Hodges said Jones “brings with her a wealth of experience and I’m delighted she’s agreed to join us. Lucinda will be here until July to ensure a smooth transition and handover”.
A Towergate spokeswoman confirmed Charles-Jones was leaving to pursue other opportunities.
