United Insurance Brokers has appointed Tony Dilley as international operations director.

Dilley will take responsibility for running UIB’s international offices in Asia, Europe, India, the Middle East, North Africa and South America.

Dilley was previously chief operating officer for international business at Travelers, and now reports into UIB Group chief executive Bassem Kabban.

UIB Group chairman David Trezies said: “We are delighted to welcome Tony to the team and his international reputation speaks for itself.”

Dilley said: “UIB is a very exciting company to join. There is a lot going on and a lot we can get moving on.”

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
