Omega has announced that it is firmly committed to pursuing its proposed takeover of Hardy Underwriting.
The board confirmed that in all of its discussions with institutional shareholders in Hardy no objections to the strategic or commercial rationale behind the merger have been raised with Omega and currently they strongly believe that a merger is in the interests of both sets of shareholders.
