Willis has acquired Opus Holdings. The broking and group benefits business has revenues of £13m.
Bridgepoint Capital owned 72% of Opus, with 26% owned by management and 2% by the Royal Bank of Scotland.
Upon completion, Opus will be renamed Willis.
