Broker wants its workforce to work less hours in bid to cut costs
Willis has asked its staff to take unpaid leave as the broker seeks to cut costs, it is understood.
It is believed that Willis chief executive Joe Plumeri has offered staff the option of reducing their working hours in return for a cash incentive.
