Windsor plc announced today that it has exchanged contracts to sell its headquarters in Borough High Street, London, for £2.15m.

This is in line with expectations as the group had estimated it would receive in the region of £2m earlier this year.

The leasehold property was listed in the group's books at £1.56m on 31 March 2002, so after expenses the sale is expected to produce a small profit.

It is understood this sum will be reinvested within the group.

The disposal is part of the group's strategy to consolidate its London operations at 2 America Square, London EC3.

Completion of the deal is expected to take place on 7 June.
