Aon has launched a UK Loyalty Institute to improve business performance by investigating the causes of workforce commitment and customer loyalty.
The new centre will be offering a range of services to organisations, including studies on what attracts candidates to a company, factors and conditions that make employees remain and a survey on work related-benefits.
It will aim to help employers devise strategic plans to recruit, motivate, and retain the best employee talent in a highly competitive international marketplace.
The firm of brokers founded a similar institute in America in 1994 to conduct national studies of workforce loyalty.
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
