Broker Briefcase to help brokers grow business and justify commissions

Broker Briefcase

A new software package to help brokers adapt to change, justify their commissions and grow their business has been launched in the UK by US-based software provider Zywave Inc.

Broker Briefcase will contain a library of resources that add value to broker’s services.

Brokers can use the tool can gain expert knowledge of many industries and niche topics, from risk management to liability expertise.

Zywave product director Krissy Fischer said: “Broker Briefcase UK is designed with the winning elements of the US version to help UK brokers raise the bar on client service to ensure client loyalty, encourage referrals and strengthen the value proposition of the firm. We know brokers have little time, so it takes only a few clicks for the broker to reach out to clients on relevant, timely topics throughout the year.”

Zywave vice-president of content development Patrick Noonan said: “One of the most popular pieces is the stewardship report. At renewal, the broker downloads a comprehensive report that outlines all the resources distributed to the client throughout the year (customised with additional services the broker provided), to easily prove the value the broker has delivered.”

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
