Intangible assets are the truly valuable parts of a company, Group Danone's corporate insurance manager Franck Baron will tell the Ferma annual forum.

Baron says a company's human resources, organisation, brand and knowledge are its true value.

“Non-financial criteria constitute a significant part of the value and the performance of a company,” he says.

“But how do you measure this value? How do you assess how it impacts on the company and its environment, its shareholders and stakeholders and the way we must manage the risks?”

He says the workshop would explore the effects of this approach in relation to human resources, organisation and know-how, both on the company and on risk management.
