ACE hires new head of client management

ACE has appointed Nick Lee (pictured) as head of client management for UK and Ireland.

Lee will be responsible for leading ACE’s customer service programme as well as the group’s client relationship management. He will report to UK and Ireland chief operating officer Phil Sharpe.

Lee joined ACE in March 2010 as client relationship manager for the UK and Ireland major risks business. He had previously spent 20 years at Willis.
