One of the founders of aggregator giant Moneysupermarket .com has made a cool £162m from the sale of his stake in the business.

Ferrari-driving Duncan Cameron had stepped back from running the business, becoming a silent partner, amid reports of a falling-out with co-founder Simon Nixon.

While Moneysupermarket, which is gearing up to float, grew to become a £1bn turnover business, Cameron shunned the limelight and focused on his passion for high performance cars.

He will now be able to add a few more gas guzzlers to his, no doubt, bursting garage.
