Amlin has announced it now holds over 95% of the total capacity on Syndicate 2001.

They have received valid acceptances for 766.76 mln stg of capacity. Charles Philipps, Chief Executive of Amlin plc, said: "We are delighted to have reached the threshold where we can apply to buy out the remaining minority on Syndicate 2001."
