Arc Legal Assistance (Arc), has appointed Rebecca Conway as claims manager.
Conway will be responsible for the overall operation and management of the claims process for all of Arc's business.
Conway joins Arc from Amicus Legal where she was a legal advisor within the company's conditional fee insurance department and helpline operation.
She has over 15 years experience of running insurance claims and general litigation, spread between private practice and in legal costs providers including Hambro Assistance (now Capita Insurance Services).
Frank O'Malley, Arc director, said: “She brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in dealing with legal expenses claims essential to the development of our business.”
