Rix is replacing LV= bound Steve Treloar
Global insurer Aviva has appointed Lindsey Rix as managing director of its entire UKGI personal lines businesses.
Formerly UKGI chief operating officer, Rix will report in to current Aviva UKGI chief executive Maurice Tulloch.
Rix has been at Aviva since September 2014, and is replacing Steve Treloar who is taking over as managing director at LV=.
Aviva chief sales and marketing officer Phil Bayles will be appointed chief distribution officer as part of the reshuffle.
Tulloch, discussing Rix’s appointment, said: “Since joining Aviva last year Lindsey has made an outstanding contribution to our UK general insurance business.
Her experience in the financial services industry, passion for digital innovation and reputation for delivering exceptional customer service demonstrates the strength of my leadership team.”
