A magnum of bubbly is winging its way to Mike Tattersall of Burnley Insurance Bureau after his was the first name drawn out of the hat with the correct answers to Andrew Paddick's riddle, set two weeks ago.
The riddle, for those with short memories, was: They say they won't deal with you if you are not;
But this does not mean they will deal with you if you are;
Who are they? What are they referring to? And what word beginning with 'H' best describes them?
The answers were: 1) insurance companies,
2) GISC registered and 3) hypocrites.
