Jeremy Goodman has joined Benfield as executive vice-president.
Goodman was previously on the board of Cooper Gay Holdings. In his new role, Goodman will lead Benfield's global facultative solutions team.
Dominic Christian, chief executive of Benfield's international division, said: “With his extensive industry experience, Jeremy will be a tremendous asset to Benfield and our customers. For facultative business, Jeremy will act in a senior advisory capacity and assist the facultative solutions team in formulating structures and strategies that will continue to secure our market leading capabilities in this area.”
Paul Karon, chief executive of Benfield's US operations, said: “Jeremy's intellect and experience will add significantly to our US production efforts.”
