Brightside pays £17m for E-Systems Limited and eDevelopment Limited

Brightside has paid £17m for software systems which are vital to its operations.

Brightside purchased eDevelopment Limited which is integral to its online distribution capability.

The Bristol-based company also acquired E-Systems which provides essential IT for Southern Rock. Southern Rock provides underwriting capacity to the rest of the group.
