Kathy Lisson will leave her role next year.
Brit Insurance has announced that Kathy Lisson, COO, will step down from the Board at next year's AGM on 12 May 2009.
Dane Douetil, chief executive of Brit, said: "Kathy is to take up a senior appointment with a multinational with broad US and European operations.
"She has made a significant contribution to Brit over the last three years and we wish her well in her new position."
