Lloyd’s insurer also signs up for five-year support programme

Lloyd’s insurer Brit has signed a contract to implement software house Sequel’s Eclipse Underwriting software.

In addition to upgrading its software, Brit has also signed up to a new five-year support programme. It includes consultancy, training and maintenance.

Brit chief executive Mark Cloutier said: “Sequel’s Eclipse Underwriting software will assist us in achieving our ambitious plans for the coming years.”

Sequel sales and marketing director Michael Graham added: “Now is exactly the right time to upgrade. Brit has taken an important and strategic business decision to improve the company’s position in the marketplace.”

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
