Clarity Risk has developed an online property rebuilding cost valuation service geared towards non-specialist brokers.
StructSure, which is powered by the Building Cost Information Service (BCIS), allows users to undertake a free property healthcheck and does not require specialist surveying skills.
Clarity Risk managing director, Matthew Newsome, said: “StructSure will take the guess-work out of calculating rebuilding costs without any liability on individual brokers and agents.
