Capita appoints non-executive director

Capita Insurance Services has appointed Clare Ryder as non-executive director of its partnership arm.

She will work closely with the business’ interim managing director Wayne Lewis.

Ryder’s insurance career has spanned underwriting, broking, marketing, sales and business development roles. Previously, she established the Salient Solutions business, providing consulting services to a variety of blue-chip insurers and brokers.
