Business process outsourcing firm Capita is set to make a return to the FTSE 100 claimed a report.
Capital joined the FTSE in March 2000, but dropped out of the index in June 2003.
The group is expected to replace aerospace and automotive group GKN in the next quarterly reshuffle, said the report.
The reshuffle will be based on Tuesday's closing prices and will be formalised by the FTSE committee on Wednesday.
The changes will come into effect on June 21, said the report.
